The GT, Cobra, Bullitt and Mach1 have V8s. There's a LOT of room for improvement, at least on the V6. I currently get around 20MPG in town, but I suspect with a few more modifications I could probably get that to 25MPG. Considering the cost, capacity, performance and "cool factor" of a Mustang as compared to the Insight, I'll take the 'Stang. Now, if the Insight were less expensive, or less... well, funky looking, or got better than 50MPG, or all three, I might consider one. If I had to give up acceleration, throttle response and handling, though, I'd prefer to go all electric.
