Any thoughts on whether an external reset chip adds anything in terms
of reliability of start-up, given that the internal BOR circuit will
be enabled. Vdd will probably be 5.0V nominal.

I'd like to avoid the cost if it adds nothing and to avoid the
issue of high voltage (VIHH) on /MCLR during ISP.
