With any finely ground powder. Toner whould work fine, also finely ground
flour. A very soft and dry brush works for spreading the powder evenly
after you sprinkle it on. Then blow the excess away. You can use scotch
tape to lift them off. Rellay not an expert here. Got these tricks from
kid's magazines years ago. Never used them.

Do you plan to threaten the thrower or go to the police ? ;-)
