        You're problems with PayPal are definately not restricted to outside the
US/Canada. They are well known for the draconian measures they take,
suspending accounts for no obvious reason, holding money and enver releasing
it. Hopefully when eBay takes over they will clean it up a little. For the
time being I stay as far away from them as possible. TTYL
