Phone charges from HK are very reasonable. A few dollars
for a half-hour phone call. The government isn't as
rapacious as some other gov'ts such as Mexico and
Eastern Europe.

I hope so, I've heard of many problems, and not just outside
the US/Canada. They've recently been bought by eBay, so
maybe they'll clean things up (or maybe not).
