I have been using it quite happily for the last 5 months. But last week
with no warning nor any cause that I can see they suspended me.

I faxed my ID card, credit account Statement and drivers licence but was
told today it was still not enough to have my suspension lifted. Instead I
got the following - in part:

The address you have listed on your PayPal account does not match the
address you have listed on your credit card statement. Also, have you
recently traveled outside of Hong Kong? If so where? If not, please log
into your account and change your password and secret questions. Please let
us know either by the secure webform via email or you can fax us using the
fax cover sheet and fax us.
You must use the cover page provided by PayPal.

Now in the registration THEY asked for a street address which I gave. But
my credit card goes to my PO Box. They themselves caused the reason for my
suspension.

But then he is asking my travel details. 'If so where'? This is none of
their business! How can they have the nerve to ask about my travel history
to get a paypal account??  I have happily told him where he can stick his
questions.

Paypal might be good for the USA/Canada but I warn people in the rest of
the world to stay with credit cards.
