next programmning problem....

I am trying to program 16f87xA chips. The values I read from the ID
location are nowhere near what uChip describes:
16f873A: 0x0800 (uChip: 0E2x)
16f874A: 0x0820 (uChip: 0E6x)
16f876A: 0x0800 (uChip: 0E0x)

Besides that other things don't seem to work either...
