A while ago, under the [EE]: 60GIPS.... thread,  the idea of a
PICList sponsored processor was proffered.  As near as I could tell,
there was very little interest in it.  I'd like to know if anyone
does have any interest in generating a PICList processor.

I have a few base suggestions to get us started ;)
Of course, I, frankly, expect this to completely flop like it did
last time, but it's still interesting to discuss it.
