That said, if you want to clear *all* the RAM, wouldn't a quick/easy way of doing it be to tie one pin to MCLR to force a processor reset, but at the same time, store the current address of the PC to EEPROM before doing the reset, and have a startup routine that reloads the PC to the value in the EEPROM?
