Hi All,

Being a Queenslander, I though you should know that there are still some
very funky old laws in place here.. If I remember correctly:

It is illegal to park your carriage (motor car is legally defined as a
carriage) in the city without securing it to a hitching post (lest your
horses wander around), now the last time I looked, there were precious few
hitching posts available.. :) So, next time you see a parking officer, what
out if you haven't tied up your car! :P
