If at all possible, you should leave your Reply-To address empty. The list server will automatically set the Reply-To address to direct replies to the list. The server will not replace anything in the Reply-To field, so your best bet is to simply leave it blank. It is very rare to actually need a Reply-To address. The only time you really need it is when for whatever reason your sent mail carries an incorrect From: address. This can result from a misconfigured host or a poorly set up mail server, but 99% or more of the time you really don't need it, and it can cause problems in situations like this.
