Hi All ..

Continuing my learning curve on using different types of memories I have
finally alighted on parallel 128k x 8bit eeprom. ( 28F010 flash )

I will be using the chip in a data logging application

My question's are these -

Is it necessary to erase the complete chip(s) before using it again ?
How do I write to the command register ?

If someone could help me with the last problem I think that would be
my big break - I would then figure out the rest myself. Is there any
code available ??
