Then just get the printout laminated at a stationary shop or bureau , and punch holes wherever required for switches, LED holders, mounting screws etc. In fact, if you have 7-segment displays on the panel as well, just cut out the artwork BEFORE laminating, glue a small piece of red (or green, depending on the display color) gelatin paper on it on the back, and THEN laminate the sheet.
