Ahh, you have it set up for services. There are two modes for Outlook 2000, service mode and internet email only mode. I have it set up as internet email only mode (service mode lets you connect to exchange servers, as well as other "alternative" mail solutions). In your case I'm not sure how to do it, another poster here mentioned the "from" button, I believe that is how you do it.
