Ahhh.... I had it set to allow me to use all those other mail services rather than "optimize for internet email" and now that I change the configuration, I DO get the little arrow.... ...thanks for the hint. --- James Newton, webmaster piclist.com (former Admin #3) mailto:jamesnewton@piclist.com 1-619-652-0593 VM 1-208-279-8767 FAX PIC/PICList FAQ: http://www.piclist.com or .org -----Original Message----- From: James Newton. It has this new system for setting up accounts; they call them services and you can set up multiple exchange, CC:Mail, etc... as well as internet email accounts. Or is that also part of Outlook 2000 and not related to the OS? Are your email accounts set up like that? --- James Newton, webmaster piclist.com (former Admin #3) mailto:jamesnewton@piclist.com 1-619-652-0593 VM 1-208-279-8767 FAX PIC/PICList FAQ: http://www.piclist.com or .org -----Original Message----- From: Herbert Graf [mailto:mailinglist@farcite.net] Sent: Monday, August 12, 2002 13:45 To: jamesnewton@piclist.com; PICLIST@MITVMA.MIT.EDU Subject: RE: [OT]: Outlook 2000 / multiple accounts > Before I give up and go back to Outlook'98 (and please don't jump in with > all the "use pine" advice and "outhouse" jokes) has anybody > figured out how > Outlook 2000 can be used to manage multiple email accounts? I also use Outlook 2000, the send button actually has an arrow beside it, click the arrow and you can send with whatever account you wish. Please let me know if I misunderstood.
