I get around this in Outlook Express by having it "Move" the message instead of "Copy" :)) The rules are only applied to messages in the "Inbox", so once it is moved, no other rules can be applied to it. Does make it a pain though when there multiple tags on a message such as both [PIC]: and [OT]: because some one has decided to change the tag, and the message goes to PIC instead of OT because of the rule orders - but that is also fixable. -- http://www.piclist.com hint: The PICList is archived three different ways.
