One bonus point! Even though I had already figured it out myself. But
for the next point: this does not agree with what outlook pretends to
do: apply all rules in serie: a message moved by rule one should not be
found by rule two because it is already moved! So how do you catch the
messages that are not To: but Cc: to the PIClist server?
