I have booked to go on a 12 day boat trip from Belem, Brazil to Iquitos,
Peru on the Amazon River April 12, 2003.

Can anyone who has been there or lives in Brazil or Peru please advise me
some 'must' things to do since I will be in the region. I do not speak one
word of Spanish. I can spend maybe 10 days at either end of the trip in
Brazil and in Peru.
