Newfaund E.  Got back to me.   Seems my power supply lacked the umph.  I
swtched to a larger one and it works great.  Guys you got to get this
programmer.

I have to say this the Warp 13 blows the PicStart Plus out of the water with
speed, reliablity and features.  If it were not for the manuals (books) I
would send the PickStart back.   Im not bashing microchip cause I love most
of there products.  But is seems they fall way short on this one.
