Just in case it is my Wisp628 you want (are there other paypal-using pic-programmer sellers that ask customers to validate?): don't tell anyone, but at the moment I do accept non-validated payments, I just included the validation requirement to be able to refuse payments when things get out of hand with non-validated requests.
