For the PICDEM 2 it's an RJ11, but that's only because that's
what the cable supplied with the ICD requires.  For my own stuff
I made up my own cable: RJ11 on one end for the ICD, single-row
0.1" on the other end for my boards.  Works fine for the 'F87x
ICD, I assume it'll be fine for the ICD2 (which arrives today!)
as well.
