I am also interested in this.  Does any know what format connector J5 on the
PICDEM 2 Plus board is?  0.1" spacing? Single or double row?

The PICDEM 2 Plus demo board was designed for use with ICD2; see

which has a schematic on pages 17-18 (J5 is the ICD connector).
Maybe this will have enough information.
