Has anyone experienced problems setting up the timer0 module in 16bit
mode with no proscaler?  I can't seem to get the timing outputs at all.
However, if I use timer1 module, with the same data for TMR0L and TMR0H,
the output periods are as expected.

So, I began digging into the product specs for the 18F and even the 18C
452 devices on the timer 0 module.  In the configuration documentation,
both say that clearing PSA bit in the T0CON register enables the
prescaler, while setting it causes the clock to bypass the prescaler
(this is what I want).  However, if you look at the Timer0 block diagram
on the multiplexer symbol, I notice that the symbol shows that clearing
it causes the prescaler to be bypassed, while setting it causes the
prescaler to be used.

Has anyone had any problems with timer module 0 at all.
