I'll venture in here in lieu of any other responses ATTM ... Have you looked at products offered by ST microelectronics and could you see something similar offered? Sometimes 'house numbers' are used on devices purchased by companies BUT they are in reality simply standard products with the purchaser's part number stamped on it. Best I can do ...
