Hey, I finally have a useful answer for someone!! In Eagle 4.08R2, it can be done this way: Open the project in the board editor window. Edit Menu, Net Classes, Width The initial setting here is zero, but setting any width larger than the default will promote the width of traces in that class to that width. I'm still new to Eagle, there may be a better way.. But this works for me..
