Magitronic didn't go out of business as much as they changed their name. Magitronic was the 'white box' computer for a company called infotel distributing. They only sold to resellers, and they didn't have much of a web site for end user support. They did have end user phone support. The company that was infotel is still infotel, but was purchased by and is a subsidiary of some company I can't recall now. Their brand of computer (and laptop) is now 'Ultra'. At any rate, if you go to http://www.infoteldistributing.com/ then you'll find some customer service information, though it is geared toward resellers. The support button takes you to a web site asking for your serial number, so you might find system info there. At minimum they should be able to give you the name of the reseller they sold the system to originally, and you can contact the reseller for support. If all else fails, I am a current reseller with them and I might be able to get some amount of information for you, though I doubt much made it through the various transistions. -Adam Josh Koffman wrote: >Hi all.
