There is a simple, cheap and rugged model airplane fuel pump under the Dave Brown brand. It is available at most model airplane hobby shops or through Tower Hobbies. Less than $10. It will take about 25 revolutions for 4 ounces. The fluid will only contact plastic nipples and vinyl tubing. Silicon fuel tubing is available from the same source to attach. After using, if you join the loose ends of the silicon tubing with a small plastic section (auto parts store, windshield cleaner plumbing) you won't have to worry about cleaning the inside. Just wipe the outside of the tubing. You should be able to avoid spilling even a drop.
