        Look on Microchip's web site for their "MCP2120/MCP2150 DEVELOPER'S
KIT USER'S GUIDE." This contains a schematic of their MCP2150 developers kit
which might ba a good starting point.  Also check out AN758 on Microchip's
website. Is the MCP2155 worth considering?
