Umm, not with the compilers I've tried... I don't know about IAR or Hi-Tech, but CC5X and a couple of others generate ASM files that will load right into MPLAB and assemble without further hand-waving. In fact, I believe one just generated the ASM code and let MPLAB do the assembly! CCS only generates a .LST file as far as I can tell, but it would be simple enough to convert to .ASM and there's nothing unusual in it.
