Well, it looks like this resort/conference center is huge. Fer cryin out loud they have 6 swimming pools. They have at least two bars, the Phantom Horse Grill, and Aunt Chilada's. Phantom Horse Grill looks like it is isolated from the rest of the facility by a good walk in the heat, whereas it isn't real clear from the online map exactly where Aunt Chilada's actually is. I assume it is closer to the main registration area? maybe Aunt Chilada's sounds like a better idea, ( if it is actually a bar and not a type of Mexican maple syrup ;-).
