I might have missunderstood you, but the cable, do you mean a coax cable
or RCA? I think you mean coax and I already have a coax cable and the
reason I want this is that I don't want more cables. And the
2*10 m is just enough if I have the cables over the floor. If I want it to
look nice I probably need twice that length.

But you might be right that $30 isn't that much but I tought that if it's
easy to build I can build my own cheaper.

After a little more recearch I found out that they probably are called
RF modulator.
