Download the file tk510.exe from the trimble ftp site specified in BGMICRO's docs. Execute the file, it will unpack. To flash the module run the program: 34055-62.exe this will flash the module with the NMEA firmware. Ensure you have the module connected to COM1 before you run it, and power down the module completely when it asks. It might take a few tries to get it. Since GPSSK can communicate with the module it means all your hardware is physically OK.
