First I must Ask. My unit had a small connector in it to some pins in the housing. I used these but had to modify it becouse the pin 7 was used but in the schematics the pin 6 should be used instead. 3, 5, 6, 8, 4, 2 is the pins now used. What whould I expect to see in the GPSSK soft? It seems to try to communicate with the GPS. I do a GPS Receiver Diagnostic and I get failed on Batery Backk-Up, Timer/Clock and Almanac Information. The other things is Ok. It seems that it is enable to communicate but as you said, in the wrong mode.
