The one I bought was blue and of rough quality (both on the copper and on the free sides). If you want to see what can happen put a small transformer on the board, hold it from the edges and put it down abruptly (commercial equipment should survive free fall onto a solid wooden table from about 0.5 meters - at least once). 6x8cm is less than postcard size. $9 is a ripoff. I know because I bought some too. Also the boards warp depending on humidity. You can make a small hygrometer from such a board ;-). It's ok for small projects.
