You might look at Microchip MCP6042 http://www.microchip.com/1010/pline/analog/anicateg/linear/linercat/opamps/devices/mcp6042/ or the MCP617 Got a few samples from a field rep but haven't had a chance to try them out. They have a single and quad version too, available in dip, soic.
