Many PCB manufacturers will make "brass etchings"
to your spec, with writing etc. Normally these are
used as stencils for solder mask or solder paste.
Typical 0.2mm thick brass, any shapes you want, and
there are a couple of fonts specifically designed for
cut out stencils. :o)
