So I've signed up on this list with a different email address, due to problems with my hosting provider -- Interland (previously Hostpro). The email server went down today and tech support opens a ticket and says "...the email support reps will reset your passwords, but I'm not sure what *DAY* they will be in...". No, not what *TIME*, but what *DAY* !?!?!? WTF!?!? And I have a history of events with them where they just closed off my tickets with no action, no resolution and no contact.
