Spehro,
       I'm trying to use SMD components.  When I created the padstacks I
did it by the method described in the help file.  I went, select from
spreadsheet then esc then new.  Created it the size I wanted etc.

The problem I having is the pad appears on all layers and since it's smd
I want it only on the topmost layer.  But I can't figure out how to
delete the extra pad stacks.
