There is no separate data sheet for LF versus F parts.  They only differ in
some specs in the electrical characteristics chapter.  My version shows the
LF parts as being complete supersets to the F parts, although this has
"advance information" stamped all over it.  I am using DS39564A on page 258,
although there might be something newer by now.
