Bob Do you really want to bury aerial cable? If its dry then you will major troubles. I am an out side plant guy by trade and i run into buried areial cable all the time that is full of water. 95% of it is dry insulation . You need to get a cable packed with icky pic. Icky pic is a water dispersion agent. As far a cheap source for it I havent a clue. Good luck!!!
