Announcing: JPA-SCPI Parser

ANSI/ISO C library to give your programmable instruments a SCPI command
interface with minimum cost & effort. The library is platform-independent
and no runtime licenses are required.

SCPI (Standard Commands for Programmable Instruments) is the remote command
language used by Agilent, Fluke, Tektronix etc. on their power supplies,
multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other programmable instruments. Now your
instruments can talk SCPI too, without needing a SCPI consultant or
days/weeks of development.

PIC developers: PIC series 18 recommended - compiles to 12.5KB ROM + 170
bytes RAM on a PIC18C452 with HiTech PIC C-18 compiler; additional ROM space
required for command set (approx 2.5KB ROM for 60 commands, typically).
