We recently upgraded Windows 98 to Windows 2000 Professional. After the =
upgrade, we could only compile programs using the Hi-Tech C (PICC.EXE) =
compiler that were in the root directory or 1 level below it.

We reinstalled PICC and TDE (Mathias Clearview Editor). The program =
resides in "C:\ht-pic\bin".
The path has been set to this directory, does anyone know what the SET =
variable should be and any other path necessary ?

The version of PICC.exe is 7.87 PL2. The version of TDE is 5.03.
