There is a problem if you use the watchdog and a 32kHz crystal afair. The watchdog may trip (several times) before the crystal is working properly. This will cause your program to jump to the start instead of waking from sleep. If you don't use the watchdog and there is no proper reset circuit (chip) then startup may be a coin-flipping problem.
