But I would suggest as a precaution that you pull RB3 low with a weak pulldown
resistor. There are some versions of the 16F87X family that gets confused
about which programming mode to enter if RB3 is left floating. Anywhere from
10k to 50k should be quite enough and will have a minimal effect on the port
pin's operation.

Again it's just a precaution. That glitch is supposedly cleared up.
