Low Profile Mini Watch Crystal for Real Time Clock Applications

Fox Electronics has released a miniature watch crystal that measures
7.0 mm =D7 1.5 mm with a low profile of 1.4 mm. The FSX327 crystal is an
alternative to custom miniature, low profile watch crystals used in
space-confined RTC applications. With a frequency of 32.768 kHz, this
crystal is optimized for a 12.5 pF load capacitance. Frequency
tolerance is 20 ppm to +20 ppm at 25=B0C (77=B0F), and frequency stabilit=
y
is 0.0340=B0C to +85=B0C (40=B0F to 185=B0F). Turnover temperature range =

+20=B0C to +30=B0C (68=B0F to 86=B0F); operating temperature is 40=B0C to=
 +85=B0C
(40=B0F to +185=B0F; and storage temperature is 55=B0C to +125=B0C (F to
+257=B0F). Minimum insulation resistance is 500 M? at 100 V DC, and
maximum ESR is 65 k?. Pricing begins at $0.52 in quantities of 3,000.
