As others have pointed out, they have internal pullups, so you don't
need to tie them anywhere. What wasn't mentioned is that, if you ever
read from the module (busy testing, for example), it's important NOT to
tie the unused lines to +5 or ground; otherwise the drivers on the
device will be fighting with the power supply.
