If you can still find it in a Google search then the C2C compiler=
 is adequate, though it doesn't do the 18F series.

At the risk of incurring the wrath of others, if you wish to=
 email me off list, I do have a C compiler that will do the 16=
 and 18 series that I am willing for a small consideration to let=
 go.
