I have nothing against bank switching.  It allows a larger address space
with a small instruction word.  Bank switching is a legitimate trick to
reduce processor cost at the expense of some extra instructions required in
the firmware.  What I get fed up with is people doing stupid things like
hard coding the BCF or BSF instructions on the bank bits, then asking us
what's wrong with their program.
