Why not connect a rubber hose to a water tap,
stick the radiator in front of a small household
style fan-heater, and measure air temp in/out with
your tapwater running through? Flow rate can be
measured with a watch and measuring cup.
Sounds like a 10 minute job. You can use decent
duct tape to connect any size hose to the tap and
radiator, it doesn't have to last! :o)
