Hi, Does anyone know of somewhere to find hall effect sensors for extremely high field applications? Like something that still operates at 0.35 Tesla. I've checked several datasheets, and none of them specify the maximum output voltage, or the maximum field strength. I would assume that they just continue to operate until they run out of supply voltage, but I don't really believe that considering that on most devices, running 0.35T would put the output somewhere up around 5V. I'd expect them to lose linearity long before that. Thanks, Brendan -- http://www.piclist.com hint: To leave the PICList mailto:piclist-unsubscribe-request@mitvma.mit.edu
